And amid the whirlwind of activities, the Frantzes say there’s still room for another youth. “That’s what we do,” she said matter-of-factly. But not too long ago, when the Frantzes pondered whether to expand their brood once again, they got clarity - and a new motto - from Victoria, one of the Zambian transplants. The Frantzes must navigate a tricky mix of broken homes, behavior boundaries and cultural differences. Their multicultural family also includes four adoptees, one from Princeton, three from Zambia. In their mid-50s, they recently became foster parents to three children. DUNLAP - At an age when other couples are winding down, Kerry and Nancy Frantz keep revving up. ![]()
